The hollow handles really do stay cool, even when I'm stirring a hot pot of stew for a while. The pasta fork has a nice deep tine design that grabs spaghetti without slipping, which is my favorite of the bunch.

The mirror-polished finish on these spoons and spatulas makes them look almost like jewelry in my kitchen drawer, and the hollow handles really do stay cool even when I'm stirring a hot pot of soup. Solid build quality for the price.
