バイキング アカシア ウッドカッティングボード 3点ステンレスカービングセット

The board is thick and sturdy enough to handle a big roast without wobbling, and the stainless steel tools feel solid in the hand. I’ve used it a few times already and the juice groove catches everything neatly.

The carving fork and knife fit snugly into the board's built-in slots, so everything stays tidy on the counter. I used it for a large roast yesterday and the acacia surface took the knife marks without any deep gouges, which is exactly what I hoped for.

The acacia wood grain is gorgeous and the board feels solid without being too heavy. I've used the carving fork to hold a turkey steady while slicing, and it works perfectly.
