Viking 2-delige koelrek set (past op Viking 17-inch bakplaat)

Baked two dozen cookies this weekend and both racks held up perfectly side by side, no wobble even with a heavy pie sitting on one. The two-rack set is a lifesaver when you're cooling a full batch at once, and they fit my Viking sheet without any overhang.

The fit on my 17-inch sheet is spot-on, so these racks sit perfectly level without any wobble. Having two means I can cool a full batch of cookies while the next tray comes out of the oven, which is exactly what I needed for holiday baking.

Baked two batches of cookies back-to-back this weekend and the second rack meant I never had to wait for the first to cool down. Both sit perfectly flush on my 17-inch sheet, so nothing slips through the gaps. Exactly what I needed for holiday baking chaos.
