Viking 15件式不鏽鋼刀具組含相思木刀座

The acacia wood block feels surprisingly heavy and sturdy, and the chef's knife sliced through a butternut squash with zero effort. I've used it every day for a week now and everything still feels brand new.

The acacia wood block is such a nice touch, it looks great on my counter next to the stove. I've already used the chef's knife to dice onions and the serrated bread knife sliced through a sourdough loaf like it was nothing.

I was a bit skeptical about the sharpening steel, but it actually works well to keep the chef's knife slicing through tomatoes effortlessly.
