The domed glass lid is a game-changer for watching sauces reduce without lifting it, and the triple-layer nonstick has held up beautifully through daily use. I’ve had zero sticking issues with cheese or sticky glazes, and the hard-anodized exterior still looks brand new after a month of cooking.

The hard-anodized aluminum heats so evenly that my delicate sauces never scorch, and the nonstick surface cleans up with just a quick wipe. I love that the cut rims make pouring out a finished sauce drip-free, too.
