I’ve been using it for backyard burgers and pancakes side by side—the raised grill ridges give great sear marks while the flat side stays perfectly non-stick. It heats evenly across the whole 20-inch surface, though it’s a bit heavy to flip over when hot.

The wide 20-inch surface fits four burgers and a few ears of corn without crowding, and the raised ridges leave proper char marks that don't wash off. Cleanup is just a quick rinse since the preseasoning held up through a few greasy cooks, as long as I dry it immediately after.

Took it camping last weekend and the raised grill ridges left perfect sear marks on the steaks, plus the matte finish made cleanup a breeze even after hours over the fire. The handles stayed cool enough to grip without gloves, which surprised me given how heavy the whole thing is.
